Good advice to achieve my goals?

I'm really stuck and don't know what to do I want to get a lower body fat percentage and abs but dont want to lose any muscle, what does everyone suggest I do? (Im really scared of gaining fat) and is there any good supps to help boost my results? any advice would be appreciated.. oh p.s check out my pics i uploaded today on my profile

    look into strength training, books/resources that are generally recommended are: stronglifts 5x5, starting strength, new rules of lifting (Lou Schuler wrote a few of them, there's even one for abs - but the newer books will have the most current info), or You Are Your Own Gym.

    NROL has a lot of good info, so does YAYOG - have to admit i haven't read the others (yet).
