This is my first progress picture. Not a whole lot of difference, but overall I definitely feel slimmer and more dense (which is a good thing since I've been lifting). This has been 40 days of running 3days/wk and NROL4W 3days/week.

wow! you definitely do not look 202 llbs there! but way to go! only a couple more of those 10llbs loses and you'll reach your goal!0
