Apple Cartwheels
Stuff apples with a yummy filling, then slice the fruit into rings to make eye-appealing after-school snacks. The filling is an irresistible combination of creamy peanut butter, sweet honey, miniature chocolate chips and raisins. —Miriam Miller, Thorp, Wisconsin

Ingredients
1/4 cup peanut butter
1-1/2 teaspoons honey
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons raisins
4 medium unpeeled Red Delicious apples, cored
Directions
In a small bowl, combine peanut butter and honey; fold in chocolate chips and raisins.
Fill centers of apples with peanut butter mixture; refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into 1/4-in. rings. Yield: about 2 dozen.

I eat cookies and apple all the time...I'm interested in trying this, as it is something different. You may as well comment on a recipe of spaghetti bolognese and say "oh but why wouldn't I just go eat some mince? Why have it with pasta?" and If you all are going to say something negative about what is being shared, than how about you just don't worry about commenting at all. This is a within the "Recipe" forum, and from what I can tell, this is a recipe being posted, so what is the problem! Come on people!0
