Question? Hubby took out to dinner tonight fried seafood. I peeled off all the breading dried off all the grease in a napkin. So if I removed all of that is it still considered fried? Hummmm...... How would you log it in the food tracker?

I would probably still log it as fried, but you definitely "peeled" some calories and fat off it by removing the breading. Good work!0

Thank you. I log it as fried. I have only been doing this for 5 days now. I'm trying to get the hang of it. I know I have stupid questions. Thanks for putting up with me.0
