    yeah im into the 8 stones for the first time in years.

    I've gone from the 10s to the 9s and the 8s are actually in sight - NEVER thought I would get this far.

    I love the stone markers. I'm hoping to see 7.** in the next few weeks and that sounds just so tiny. I am only 5ft 1 and a competitive runner so 7's are actually about right for me.

    I totally love using stones! It's a much more effective mental marker for me - probably because it's what I've grown up with. It feels like a more significant 'chunk' than just '10lbs'.
