Hi All,

Looking for buddies to help me with this program. I started on Tuesday and can really use people that I can talk with. I am a big emotional eater and talking with someone before grabbing the bag of chips would be great . If you live in the Kentucky area that would be great but looking for buddies all over.

    i tryed to start this amonth ago but have really started it this past thur after my first weigh in at my doc office and an appointment that was not to invole the doc did because i have not lost even an oz.

    i dont live in ky yet maybe in two years but im here anytime, im a stay at home mom of two so please use me it will actualy help me out as well
