Vegetarian "Meatloaf" VERY FILLING!

First off, I am not a vegetarian! I was looking for healthy bean recipes when I came across this "meatloaf" recipe that uses lentils and quick oats as the main ingredients.
I made this for dinner tonight, and it was surprisingly good. It fills a regular size meatloaf pan, and makes six servings. One serving was a pretty hefty piece. Each serving is 350 calories. This meatloaf is very filling, and it's a cinch to make.
So here's the recipe!
VEGETARIAN MEATLOAF
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon salt
1 cub lentils
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup of quick oats
3/4 cup grated cheese (I used mozarella)
1 egg, beaten
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350. Add salt to water, and simmer lentils for 25-30 minutes.
2. Drain.
3. Partially mash lentils in mixing bowl and allow to cool slightly (about 5 minutes).
4. Stir in onion, oats, and cheese.
5. Add egg, spaghetti sauce, garlic, basil, parsley, seasoning salt, and pepper.
6. Mix well.
7. Spoon into loaf pan that has been generously greased with non-stick cooking spray.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until loaf is dry and firm.
Enjoy!

Ooh... I may have to try this. I made homemade veggie burgers with lentils and oat bran, and they were fantastic. This sounds somewhat similar and just as good.0
