5'3, pear shaped ladies

I am 5'3 and pear shaped...I would love to see some before and after pics for some motivation...please. I'm not new to exercising or eating healthier but the last time I did was in 2004...so it seems harder this time. I now have 3 kids and I had them all by C-section. So, as you can imagine, I have that dreaded "flap" and it's hard to eat better with 3 little ones.

    im 5ft 3 and pear shaped, best weight for me is 112/115lb, sorry i dont have pics on this comp tho
  • I'm also 5'3"/5'4" and rather pear shaped. I'm sorry I don't have any pics to share right now, either. I also have 3 kids. Mine weren't c-sections, but I do have the post prego tummy bulge. Although I can say that it has shrunk a good bit since dropping 10 pounds. What are you doing for exercise? I find that even just brisk walking has been good for me. I can take the kids along (older ones can ride their bikes or walk if they'd rather, baby goes in the stroller).
