How many calories have you burned today?

I burned the most ever today - 750 calories. I spent an hour on the treadmill, running about half the time. Then I did strength training.

The best thing is that I'm not completely wrecked like I was when I started my workout routine in late January. I don't feel like I need a nap and that I just might get around to cleaning that kitchen that's been mocking me for about a day now!

How many have you burned and how did you burn them?

    Great job!

    This morning I burned 825 doing my weight routine, 30 minutes on treadmill and 20 minutes on Elliptical.

    I'm aiming for 3500 calories per week - 500 a day = 1lb fat!

    I forgot about the pizza it the oven and it completely burned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was about 6000 calories :D

    Did 20 minutes on the stationary bike then a little over 20 minutes of strength and a good stretch = 305 calories per my Polar HRM.

    And yes, I know HRMs aren't great when it comes to strength training calories but I don't get much for all the panting, sweating and straining so I figure it's pretty close.

    I will do that again this afternoon as well. Should be roughly the same calories burnt. My feet just can't do it all at once.

    I burned 770 calories with my Zumba Activate and Toning and Turbo Jam

    920-ish doing a track workout: 400 meters hard, 400 meters jog, 200 meters sprint, 200 meters walk/jog. Repeat 6 times. I was absolutely drenched with sweat when it was over.

    So far today - 40 minutes of yoga, 200 squats, 150 crunches, 2.5 minute plank and 30 push ups. Don't know how many calories!
