so i'm really confused as to how to figure out how many calories one package of tofu has.... the nutrition label says that there are 11 servings per container. Each serving size is 3 oz. which is about 80 calories.
what i did was multiply 8 by 11 to get 880 calories in one package. is that right?
the package i have now i cut into 80 cubes, so how many calories does each cube have?
thank you for any help!

Is it the regular or the light? The database has the information you need.
Look it up, and choose the entire container. If you eat a quarter, put in .25 servings. You can split it up anyway you want. According to the database, one package has 378 calories.0 -
servings per container x calories per serving = calories in container. 11x80=880. 880/80=11. there are 11 calories per cube(assuming they're all the same size, weight, ect.)0
