Just a 'small' NSV, but still a NSV to me!!

Was making excuses NOT to run tonight, but I was slightly over my daily calories and was due for a run. I finally said screw it and went out with my 6 year old riding his bike with me, saying all along the run 'Come on daddy, run!!' Is was too cute....glad I went out and did it!! :glasses:

    that is great and sweet and it definitely is an nsv, but more importantly you felt good because you did it and your little one saw a good example to boot

    Thanks everyone. I know most importantly I need to do this for myself, but I do want to set an example for my kids, so I'm glad he was with me saying that.
