Anyone elses dog like to 'Join' them in their workout? My (giant) JRT is forever trying to get on the elliptical with me, lick my legs, sit on me/beside me/put his nose in my ear while im doing situps etc.. Like wtf do I have a very special dog or what?

My dog goes jogging with me, well up to 2 miles.
I also chase him / let him chase me at the park on occassion, similar to a HIIT run0

Haha! My dog is the worst work out buddy. If i'm doing sit ups he'll lick my face every time I come up and lean against me if I'm doing planks.0

^ sounds like he's just trying to encourage you, haha.0

I have stepped on my cats several times while doing Insanity. They always get in the way!0

Once my cat sat on my back while doing plank (thanks kitty but a 10lb weight was just what I needed.) also sometimes while doing sit ups they squeeze onto my belly and won't budge. Lol0

Mine likes to try and get on my back when I am doing push ups or in my lap any time I am on the ground lol0

Mine like to lay in the living room floor when I need the space for doing 30 Day Shred...somehow I manage to work around them :happy:0

Both of my dogs hate it when I drag out the treadmill. They're scared of it, which is funny. They absolutely love going for a run with me outside though.0

My dog is just awful. When I set the alarm to get up in the morning, he always rolls over, turns it off, and tries to get me to take care of him, if you know what I mean. I can't keep him away from me!0

My Giant mastiff often takes me for long walks. Also, when I'm attempting to do yoga he thinks it's perfect timing to sniff my *kitten* and or lay his head on my belly and attempt to lick my belly button.0

My dog loves it when I exercise as long as she gets to work out too. She also likes to dance and "prances" when she sees me move to the music.0

Yes. When I workout at home I have to keep my boston terrier in a separate room.0

My dog likes to run with me, but can't keep up for very long (she has very short legs). When we go on walks, I usually try to let her set the pace. Anything in the house, though, and she'll sit on the couch and watch me as though confused as to why I would do that when there are walks to be taken.0
