Hi, I joined MFP two weeks ago on recommendation from a wonderful friend. I was diagnosed with RA, Fibro and Sjogrens Syndrome 2.5 years ago and have steadily been gaining weight due to medication and inability to move. I have been on a new treatement for 6 months now and it is finally beginning to make a difference so I decided that this year I was going to shift those extra lbs I have gained. There is rather a lot to lose so I need some like minded RA sufferers to join me in my quest, perhaps we can help each other!

Hi! I am 41 and have two young boys. One is 10 and the other is 8. We are very active and lately, I can say, I have been trying to be more active. I was diagnosed with Lyme's Disease 3 years ago and RA about 2.5 years ago. I take MTX once a week and still have an occasional flare up. This week was hard as my right knee was very tender ans sore.
I don't seem to be able to do many things, but I modify those things to be what I need. I really enjoy Tabata workouts mostly due to the fact I can modify them to work for me.
