I wanted to wait until I had behaved for a solid week before posting on here. I've been here and back again about a billion times. I'm 33 years old and I started at 246 pounds. Ouch!

I'm looking for similarly motivated individuals to be a support system. I will do the same for you.

I am doing a hybrid of Turbo Jam and Body for Life, and this has been the greatest week. I feel amazing. :)
