Starting again!

I am sure this is a familiar story I achieved a 75lb weight loss through calorie counting (the last 20lbs or so was with weight watchers). I had a good set routine, controlled my portions, and had time to run almost every day, and maintained 140lbs for six months/1 year.
Cue moving in with my partner, getting my first real job out of university and all of the stress/long hours that brings, and I am back to around 200lbs. I know exactly what I need to do, but I feel like there are so many more excuses now to not and I use them at will! Finishing late, there's no time to go to the gym. Partner is having a beer, I have one too. Etc etc!!
I would love to hear from anyone who has gone through a similar situation and has any tips for keeping on the straight and narrow!

My story is similar - i've been a yo-yo dieter all my life.
I lost 77lb 12 years ago then met my partner, moved in & put it all back on again! I am above 200lb now and this time it's the last time i'm doing this! Lifestyle change this time
I have no real tips for you - I have found it hard but am totally committed this time. I am doing it for me, my health and my fitness and have total determination - some days that is all that gets me through - just knowing how much I want to do this.
These are some of the things that help me - planning helps, plan meals and exercise. Having a supportive partner helps. And seeing results helps - 1 have dropped 2 dress sizes and that really motivates me! This site helps too - the motivational stories and just knowing that others are going through the same as you.
Good luck0
