Hi everyone! I just joined MFP this week after being on a different site for quite awhile. I had lost almost 30 lbs, but ended up gaining most of that back over the winter. I've discovered...I need some weight loss/healthy focused people in my life!!

If you are a daily logger with an exercise routine please add me as a friend! Just looking for friendly advice, motivation, and hopefully some smiles along the way.

    Hi, welcome to the journey! I am a daily committed logger and have lost all my weight since January 2013, lost some every week, I am not an exercise pal however as I have a back injury that limits me to light walking as in chronic pain. But I have lost weight regardless, feel free to add me if you want. If you only want those that do lots of exercise and log, I am not your gal. Good luck!

    I'd love to have you as a friend! It doesn't matter to me the intensity of the exercise; I really don't see me as the 10k marathon type even when I get in the best shape I can be. Walking is a workout! I've been doing the "Walk away the pounds" DVD and love it.

    Good morning! you can add me if you like. I've lost a few pounds already, I have 30lbs to go. I'm on a new diet and exercise routine, with a group and I've been logging in everyday. You can look at my diary if that helps. Good luck on your journey.:smile:
