always thinking about food

How the hell do i stop my thoughts from constantly being about food... the second i wake up in the morning besides for wishing i didnt have to get out of bed im thinking about what breakfast will be then once ive finished breakfast im constantly thinking about lunch and after lunch it goes on til dinner.. after dinner im wondering about breakfast again... seriously... i don't know how to stop it and its really frustrating me

    oki this is the way i try to do it..last thing at night b4 i go to bed i plan 2moros meals..that way ive got a fair idea about what im gonna eat. oki it may change but generally if i say im gonna havefor example..cereal for breakfast..sandwhich for lunch then dinner will be chicken or salad ..i tend to stick to it and not worry way too much.
    its not always easy and things do change but generally give urself summat like 15 mins to plan the meals then u spend a lot lot lot less time worrying abut them

    I'm not worried about WHAT im gonna eat.... i'm using lite n easy so all my meals are already planned... my problem is i cant keep my thoughts away from food

    I have the exact same issue. Every time I try to change my dietary habits, I obsess over food and end up eating more! The only effective tactic I've found to combat this is to keep myself as busy as possible with non food related activities.
