I am always amazed by the amount of people on this site that has lost over 100 pounds. I owe a lot of thanks to this site and the success stories of its members. Just curious how many on this site whose has had weight loss of more than 3 digits. Thanks. I thought it would be interesting to see how many are in the century group.:drinker:

    I agree....when I first started I would read the success stories as well, and realize it really was possible, these were real people, if they could do it, I could do it! Thank you to all who inspired me by posting!! :flowerforyou:

    MFP only has a record of 92 of my 122 pounds gone for good. I have a string of before/during pics that I try to remember to update monthly.

    Things have slowed down, but I think that is more because I'm having trouble getting to the gym as regularly as I should, not because I have truly hit a plateau.
