why is OUT BACK BROCCOLI so high in cal?

just wondering... 109 calories for some broccoli? shouldn't it be about 30???

    They likely cook it in oil or butter so it tastes better.

    Lots of places also like to do their green beans in bacon fat. Beware if they're labeled "southern-style"!

    This. Just ask for it without butter and get some lemon on the side. Just make sure you are getting sufficient fat in your diet and you're not cutting it too low.
