crockpot orange chicken

I have a question. I am making a low cal orange chicken recipe I found on the internet. It calls for 2 whole oranges peeled and chopped. Salt, pepper and corn starch. My question is when using oranges in this manner do you count them as a whole orange because basically they are going to be a sauce and most of it will not be consumed. How do I figure out how to count these calories?

I would count the whole orange, personally. I would rather over-estimate my calories than under-estimate them.0

I would look up orange juice, fresh squeezed by the yield of the orange ( 2 tbs, 3 tbs)0
