sitting here thinking how I can cook the chicken tonight and all I can think about is pizza. Getting bored with chicken, chicken, and more chicken Really just want some pizza *sighs*

That sounds really yummy and definitely going to try soon But I still want pizza LOL0 -
Get a pita and put some pizza sauce on it....add some cheese and chop up the chicken and put it on there.....add any veggie toppings and you have a pizza.0

I have Pappa Murphy's about once a month. I get a veggie delite. I have two pieces for supper, two more for lunch the next day. Hubby eats the rest. Works for us!
Try not to deny yourself things you like, just try to stay within your calories for the day. Let it become your new way of eating.0 -

I loooove their delite pizzas, I usually go for the Herb Chicken Med, and my fiance gets pepperoni and pineapple on the other half. Papa Murphy's is the best!0 -
Eat the pizza. As long as it fits your macros for the day and you eat in moderation, there is absolutely nothing wrong with having pizza and ENJOYING it!
This process will be a lot more enjoyable and sustainable if you don't deprive yourself.0 -

We still eat pizza, but its homemade... .right down to the crust. I control whats in it and its yummy!!! Would be worth a try next time0

I eat pizza..working it into the calorie count..even if its a big piece..I just work out to balance it out. Hopefully you can enjoy a slice with no guilt0

I second the above poster who suggested making your own. It takes so much less time than you would think and results in a pizza where you know exactly what's on it and how many calories it has. My favorite one uses a light coating of bbq sauce instead of tomato sauce, then is topped with tons of chopped peppers and onions, fresh pineapple, cooked chicken breast, fresh coriander, and a light sprinkling of mozzarella cheese. It's actually better than many restaurant pizzas I've had.0

We've been experimenting with cauliflower as a homemade crust for pizza. Tonight's pizza was awesome using parmesan cheese, reduce sodium natural ham, and made the lemon vinaigrette with lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, and salt. One pizza was under 300 calories and very filling.0

I make pizza with whole wheat tortillas or a piece of naan bread, some low fat cheese, ground chicken or pork, turkey bacon and low sodium sauce It's delicious and much healthier than store bought.0

If you want to eat pizza regularly but are afraid of calories, give broccoli crust (or cauliflower, I guess) pizza a try. I've done it a few times now. I enjoy it, and it's obviously far fewer calories than you'd get from a traditional crust.0

I make my own pizza....brush a round slice of pita bread with a bit of garlic oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, top with a tablespoon or two of pizza sauce or Prego, add mushrooms/onions/peppers etc, and a 1/4 cup of reduced fat cheese (or less depending on preference, I like cheese) and bake for 375 until golden brown. Voila, personal pan pizza and I am satisfied for under 400 calories.0

I had flat out pizza tonight, whole thing with sauce and toppings was about 200 calories and very filling. Flat out is about 90 cal, and you bake 5 min @ 350, then out on toppings and bake for another 5 directly on the rack. Perfect thin crust crispy pizza - we eat them at least once a week0

be careful about the sodium. It's ok to eat pizza and stuff but expect the scale to go up tomorrow. maybe don't weigh yourself for a couple days and get back on the chicken train until then0

My wife took a recipe she learned from her Sicilian grandmother and was able to tweak it in a healthy direction and still have it taste great. She used lowfat mozzarella chese, lowfat turkey pepperoni and whole wheat crust, plus some veggies that we like, such as mushrooms and artichoke hearts. She was able to get the calorie count to about 250 per slice with very little fat. What my kids and I agree on is that the extra fat doesn't make it taste better. In fact, all that grease on a restaurant prepared pizza tastes bad.0
