Hi, i eat a lot of canned tuna, and all of the recipes i've found for it has some type of dairy ingredient-and i'm lactose intolerant. Anyone help me out? (: I'm also trying not to eat bread/pasta as much.

I hear avocado is supposed to be a great substitute for mayo (lots of healthy fats and fiber).

You can also try using almond or soy based products in place of the dairy ones. Unless it's cheese. Cheese and tuna are so wrong for each other.

Canned tuna is also awesome tossed into a salad.

Try using hummus to substitute the mayo.
