I didn't realize how much energy it would take to get me butt up and jogging :laugh: Between that and being within a few feet of being attacked by a bull on the trail today my heart rate may just stay in the fat burning zone until lunch tomorrow :laugh:0 -

CGerman - I'm :laugh: at your comment, too funny! Reminded me that when I was running Monday morning I saw what looked like 3 little cats jumping around/playing.....as I got close I realized it was 3 SKUNKS! I hit top speed at that moment!0 -

My suggestion is anything that will kick my butt in to gear. I started this week off good but slacked off since then. I'm using today to get back on track and will gladly accept ANY challenge at this point....0
