Back for another month - Got a busy month of "other stuff" planned, so I'm keeping my goal the same . . .
June 1st: 3.1 miles - Running (*Rock The Bay 5k*)
June 1st: 3.0 miles (*Walking Around / Misc. Stuff*)
June 6th: 9.0 miles (*Cycling - MTB*)
June 10th: 15 miles (*Spin*)

Been a couple days since I updated...3 mile speedwork on Thursday, 7 mile long run, and 4.5 miles easy run yesterday...off to a good start for me!0

0 miles in yesterday because of a long day at work and rain :frown: . Planning on getting out in a couple of hours to get my walk and C25K in... Just need to let the food settle. Wasn't thinking when I ate this morning- don't like to run with food in the belly :grumble:0
