Hey,

I'm starting again after losing 30+ lbs in 2008 and keeping it off, but this year i had a really bad year and piled 19lbs back on.

I am now finally ready to get started again and after my first week i have dropped 4lbs so i am really pleased to see the scales finally shift.

I am hoping i can get back into this again and lose like I did last time :)

If you fall down 9 times, but get up 10, then you'll get there. Keep plugging away.

    You are right.

I am back into the swing of things again now. I have tried several times this year to get going again but my headset hasn't been right.

I am now feeling really good about being back in control of myself. My exercise is making my skin glow again and i remember what it feels like to start losing weight. It is enough motivation to keep going.

All these before and after pics are really inspiring...when i was cycling round the park today I was thinking about them and it was enough inspiration to peddle up big hill. I was wondering what my after pic will look like :)
  • Remember - make yourself a priority. Make an appointment with yourself to exercise and keep it. You make sure to take care of your family, right? Took me 20 years to figure that out.
