Hey everyone! I just started Asylum today! Has anyone else done it or are doing it? I loved it today!!

    I started today and oh.my.God... I thought Insanity was tough - this is even tougher!

    Stick with it!!! you will love it... I think both the Asylums better than Insanity!

    thanks everyone! I LOVE it!! It is by far one of my favorites! I am excited to do asylum volume 2 next!

    I loved Asylum, and so much more than Insanity. Thinking of making Asylum Volume 2 my next purchase. Good luck to you!

    I finished Insanity last year and loved it. Then I got lazy and left mfp for almost a year. I've been pretty good staying active and eating healthy. I still play soccer 3-4 times a week but I miss the routine/habit of daily accomplishment I got from the program. Please feel free to add me. Thank you,
