REDNECK CROSS FIT

I have been wanting to get into cross fit but am unable to due to the fact that Its an hour drive to the closest one....SO my bright idea...My husband has junk pile of stuff laying around...and i have made my own Redneck Cross fit area...I know it sounds corny but I am sort of proud of it..My muscles are like WOW you haven't done that before... However here is a list of what i do am i missing anything or do I need to add anything?
1. box jumps.
2. tire flipiing.
3. jumping jacks.
4(I dont' have weights but i use a huge rock lol and do 2 different things with it.
5. i have tracks from an escavator that is HEAVY and i use it to curl a little with....
running and jump rope....and I think just with this stuff I use EVERY muscle in my body :)

    You are so creative! I grew up in a small town which only had a very small weight room in the 80's. Once sports was over for the school year; I used things like: cutting grass, chopping wood, hoeing weeds. etc. These keep me in incredible good shape. I guess those were the pre-crossfit days. :-)

    If you want to get into CrossFit, why not go on their website and get the WOD? There's also several articles/sites that give advice on at home CrossFit gyms, I believe.

    When my 200 bales of hay get here, you can haul them up into the hayloft for me. Aint nothin cross fitter than that for a workout ;)

    Lol I know we had high winds that took the trampolene across the road into some ones wheat field...and we had to carry it across and take it apart because it bent the frame....i may have to turn it into something :)
