Hey Everyone!

Just joined the site and this is the most difficult task I have ever attempted! I need support are there any members in the South Florida area? If not, that's ok. If you have any good tips are ideas to help me along the way, feel free to send me a message. So far I have been tracking my food intake and I have been adding more natural juices, i.e. green juice or whole fruit juices, to my diet on the weekends. Also, the exercise is coming soon...one step at a time! I need/want to lose 50 to 75 pounds. Be well!
