    What time of the month?

That's a tough one. I'd have to say April 25th. Because it's not too hot, not too cold, all you need is a light jacket.

Silly girls! She's talking about that time of the month when you are unclean.

    LMAO

I make a note of my loss every week and keep it so i know that I am likely to either lose next to nothing or gain at that TOM and I also know that two weeks later when I'm ovulating I may also have a low loss week.

Knowing this really helps me to not be disappointed or become disheartened as I will make up for it on the other weeks. I am still averaging 1lb per week which is exactly in line with my target.

    Knowledge is power!!

I don't...it just leads me into a pit of despair and anger. I think it is different for everyone, but water retention is a pretty general effect of "that time of the month". This adds a couple lbs on me.

Don't despair. You know the Rocky Mountains get covered in snow every winter but they don't keep it from letting them wear a skirt of flowers in the spring and they have a rocking body by summer time.

It doesn't matter how much water I drink or how clean I eat, when Aunt Flo comes into town I gain weight like I'm being paid for it. So I kindly stay away from the scale that week :)

I still weigh during that time, if anything it helps me see what is normal for me! I usually got up about 3-4lbs during that time, but once its over with the gain leaves as well. I am usually my lowest weight right after!
