HI, I want to lose 100 lbs. Right now I weigh 240 and I want to get to 140 lbs. I eat too much and never exercise. I also just had a baby who is only 3 weeks old and I'm breast feeding. I do eat healthy foods for the most part but I eat way too much and I'm always craving something sweet. I could eat sweets all day. Please help me. Thanks

What kind of help are you looking for? If you don't exercise, start. If you eat too much, you need to log your foods correctly and see what you need to change. Eat healthier, work hard. That is all their is to weight loss. Move your booty and eat less junk. Move it to lose it. End of story. We can give you advice and lead you in the right direction, but we cannot help you lose weight.

I am re-starting a weight loss/healthy lifestyles program. I have a problem with portion control also. I truly enjoy every bite I eat. One thing that I have done is bought 2 large salad plates. I now use that as my dinner plate and I try to put a tossed salad on that plate also. It is just my hubby and me now, so cooking for us without leftovers is my goal, but not easy to do. I need to lose 50-60 pounds to reach the same goal as you, 140 pounds. Having a newborn I know is hard because when you are tired and hungry you will look for something quick and easy which is often not the healthiest. Just try one new thing a week, focus on portion control or exercise. You can do it!!

Thank you. This is very motivating information for me. I know that I can do it.
