strenght training

I Love to run. I need to add some kind of strenght training on days that I cant run. I found an app that keeps helps You increase how many push ups you can do. Will push ups count. Is there something eles I can add? Something that wont involve lifting weights.

    you could also vary them up a little, e.g. rather than always just do straight push ups do decline or incline pushups, triangle pushups etc.

    A burpee is what happens after you drink to much soft drink. ba doom chesh!
