Is 6 ounces of new york steak a week bad for ft loss? I cut it off the bone and cut off all te visible fat

No its not. I eat steak every week and just be sure it fits into your goals and you're good to go!

With BBQ season in full swing here in Canada I probably eat steak twice/week. I don't like NY though, not enough fat. My preference is for Ribeye and I only cut nerves off, fat's fair game

Never saw a NY steak that had any bone it it unless I was cutting it off a T-bone or porterhouse.Never ever cut the fat off........:happy:
