Hello! I am 5'7 and weigh 140 and I am trying to lose about 15 pounds. I work as a server around 30 hours a week and I am on my feet 90% of my time spent there.
My question is should I set my activity level to sedentary, lightly active, or active and should I be eating back the exercise calories I am recording?

Set to lightly active and eat back your exercise calories. MFP already has you eating at a deficit, not eating back your calories may cause you to dip too low.0
