Last November I weighed in at 294. On May 12th I signed up on MFP at 285. My goal was to reach 220 which I did on July 30th (217). This past Saturday I weighed in at 214.8, I've now reached the point where I hope to replace a pound of flab for a pound of muscle. I'm really working on my core strength as I'm worried about where my butt went! I'm doing my version of dead lifts, squats, and lunges in the form of flipping a large tire over along with other cardio and gym stuff.

Here's me somewhere north of 290 and me this past weekend sub- 215 (214.8) Hooh-ah!

Guess I'm not smart enough to figure this out. I've posted the photos on Photobucket and cut/pasted every link there is.....Darn!

Any suggestions? I have them posted on Photobucket. I've cut/pasted everything they list. Which one 'does it'?

You look really good, but more important, you look really healthy. Doing this will lessen your chance of getting heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, and add years to your life and quality to those extra years. Congratulations on meeting your goal. You are a true inspiration!

Yup, I am much more healthy! I've become a vegetarian that eats meat. My lunch box now contains a lot of veggies and fruit, plus some protein (cheese) and some meat. My joints aren't an issue either. I have learned to avoid sugar and processed food.

My vices still includes some alcohol as I do like quality beer and high-end liqour.

But all that comes after I've worked out +1.5 hours per day.

Here's another 'Duh' moment.....It was March 12th when I joined MFP, not May 12th. But thank you all you hotties for saying nice things. Makes an old geezer's heart go pitter-patter.
