I'm bored!
and when I get bored, I think about what I want to eat, and thinking about it makes me crave it, and all of a sudden it's 5pm and I've eaten all the things I planned for the day and I'm still bored.
I've found that the best way to combat this is to set times for eating. I know I've eaten enough to sustain myself, so I tell myself that I can't have anything more until whatever-o'clock.
which brings me to this post. It's 8 minutes until yoghurt o'clock and I'm clock watching! I've finished my book, I've had a massive cup of tea, I'm running out of things to entertain me!
so far this post has killed three of those minutes.

No, you're not. I just mouth-washed so I can remind myself that Bored o'Clock is not to happen until tomorrow. :ohwell:0
