Cardio Training

Hi All,
I recently joined a gym. I am currently on intensive cardio training to build up my endurance and stamina. So for the past week, I have been doing 1 hours (give or take) of cardio - 30 mins on treadmill, 20 mins on recumbent bike, and 10 mins on stairmaster. I have been switching it up with intervals and levels, etc.

Anyone out there who has a cardio training plan and could share it with me? I am running out of ideas to make it 'interesting' ... please help!

    I know this isn't what you're looking for... but have you thought about getting a book on your iPod (or CD, or whatever)? It helps me to pass the time while I'm working out sometimes. I get involved in the story and suddenly the time is up!
