Those of you that have done

Jillian Michael's 30 Day shred. what size weights did y'all start with? I understand it all depends on fitness level but, I was thinking on 2 lb weights.

    I found I had to use different sized weights for different exercises. And I found it really difficult to do the push-ups followed by arm rows while leaning on weights - very unstable.
