-40 pounds and counting

I started my journey this January ; I promise myself no more being unhealthy and get on with it . I'm glad I did I started 15 minutes at the time on the treadmill then up to an hour. In March I started Zumba videos now I go to 3 to 4 times a week with a group of ladies and the rest is biking, walking and Turbo fire. I'm now -44 pounds still way to go but proud of what I have accomplish ! (Check my profile picture this is only 1/2 the picture lol)
