Pescetarian and Coliacs disease :)

So last November I gave up smoking,Got through the party season without one. Then realised last couple months that my weight has ballooned .
In Januray my partner and myself decided after Horsemeat Gate that we would also give up Meat ,we hardly ate red meat or pork .our diet mainly consisted of chicken dishes .
Now following a Pescetarian/vegetarian diet .The latter more so.
Several years ago I was diagnosed with Coeliacs Disease.I do not have a problem with this diet , so any questions feel free to ask!
After a few health issues relating to weight gain and stress ,I have decided this is it .So I and my partner downloaded MFP and also its related Runtastic to use whilst walking the dogs etc.
Running is not an option at the moment as I suffer pain in ankle and back.Still need to get this sorted. But any exercise is better than no excercise ,right?
Im open to any advice re .our diet too and We are learning everyday
My weight on Monday was 93kg
Lets see how this goes
MFP,I do believe you are now my new religion :)

Good luck with the diet. I'm a coeliac and also have food intolerances and allergies.

There is a great gluten free group on here that has lots of advice and support.

Welcome to MFP! I have crohn's disease and a few food sensitivities/allergies, as well. As the above poster stated, there is a great gluten-free group here that I highly recommend. If you would like to add me, feel free - I am always open to sharing ideas and recipes.

Best of luck to you and your partner on this journey!
