Dumbbells for women

Hi all,
I recently got to my original goal weight (I have decided now that I have reached it that I need to lose a bit more) so I still doing cardio/fat burning exercises.
However, I would like to start using the dumbbells that I have at home. Can anyone recommend a website or picture graph or something with some exercise routines that I can do on a regular basis with great effects?

8.Russian twists with weights
9. Standing Oblique crunches with weights

*More reps, lower weight for toning
