I got this program in the mail yesterday and am working on my schedule. I have not had a chance to read the books yet that came with it but wanted to see if anyone could give me any pointers, tips, etc. I am planning on doing Turbo Fire intermixed with this also. I printed the calendar off BB site and its confusing. Is each circuit only a month and you do Burn Circuit 1, 2, and 3 all in one day? I'm confused by looking at the calendar. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have not had a chance to follow it to the T but I really enjoy the workouts and wanted to get more weight lifting in. You do the Burn circuit the first month- only 1 workout a day, I think the schedule is Burn Circuit 1, rest day, Burn circuit 2, burn intervals and ab burner on same day, burn circuit 3,burn it off and recharge same day, and rest. I have 3 little kids so I was doing the workouts at 9pm which is hard to sustain for me. I could usually only do 3-4 days of the workouts instead of 5. Good luck!0
