It is my keep it together because you have come a long way and still have 33 pounds to go story.
I found a picture of myself today from 2009. I looked at the picture and it hurt my heart because I remember how miserable I was back then. We went to California and took our then 3 year old to Disneyland and I was just a miserable mess the entire time. I remember I came back home and said I would no longer going to feel this way and be this person. I started my journey. From Sept 2009 to January 2011 I lost 50 pounds. I went from 213 pounds to 163 pounds. I felt great, I was looking really good and becoming the person I knew I was. I have always had weight problems but I had never in my life reached 200 pounds before that.
In January 2011 I found out I was pregnant with our second baby. I went from 163 to 200 during the pregnancy and weighed 187 when I left the hospital. I was overwhelmed with a new child, trying to give attention to our 5 year old and just didn't want to be bothered with counting calories at that point.
Come November 2012 I started to have that miserable feeling again and weighed myself - 193. Yep. Ugh. So I started watching my calories and logging everything, started back onto my workout routine. Started caring about my body again.

I have 33 pounds left to lose and I will lose it. I never want to be that person again. EVER.

Lina ... you look fab girl! Yes you have 33 pounds to go, but hey you've come this far and it sounds like it is finally in your head not to go back. I hope someday you will be able to look at the old pictures and remember some of the joy in spending time with your family in Calif. I know its hard, for me, to look at how heavy I allowed myself to get. I am older than you, so you'd think wiser, but alas not. I've yo-yo'd most of my adult life. But here and now, I got it ... my heart wants me to be healthier and slimmer and my head does to and for the first time I think they are actually walking the same path. I have lost 35 pounds and have another 30 to go. We will both achieve our goals. Keep up the good work of going down in weight and up in a healthier life for you, your husband and your babies. :flowerforyou:0
