I found a recipe for Honey Sriracha wings online LOVE it on boneless skinless chicken breast. You can marinade it overnight in the sauce then bake it or just bake it without marinading first. Amazing either way.

6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 1/3 C Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/3 C Mirin rice cooking wine
1/2 C honey
1 Tbsp Ginger minced
1 Tbsp Garlic minced
3 Tbsp Sriracha
1 Tbsp corn starch

Mix ingrediants in a bowl. Place Chicken in 9 x 13 glass pan pour mixture over the top. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes turning half way through.

I like to take some leftover sauce and reduce it down and drizzle it over some white rice.

Had this for dinner tonight and it was AWESOME!! I did only use a cup of soy sauce and had plenty of sauce for 7 chicken breast. Yummy!

In because this contains no cauliflower, and I could drink sriracha with a straw.

Looks delicious, thanks for sharing. :flowerforyou:

NOM NOM NOM! That looks amazing!:blushing:

ETA - Sriracha sauce can be found in the Asian section at grocery stores, it's a chili sauce/hot sauce and the most popular brand here is Huy Fong and it has a rooster on the bottle and a green cap.
