I've been trying to lose these 20 lbs since for ever!! and I can't
Been going 2 hrs. to the gym 4 times a week. kept away from all junk food and there isn't a single pound difference!! I CAN'T give up but I'm so frustrated that sometimes I feel I should just stop. However, I have a dead line and it's in about a month or month and a half. How the heck am I supposed to do that?!?!?!?! Please help.

Honestly, I suggest you create a more obtainable goal.0

Pretty much isn't going to happen in a healthy way. You would have to get very extreme and risk putting your health in danger to try to accomplish this goal.
If you have less than 10lbs to lose aim for 0.5lb/wk, 10-40lbs aim for 1lb/wk, 40-70 aim for 1.5lbs/wk, more than 70 aim for 2lbs/wk.
Those are common recommendations for healthy sustainable weight loss.0
