I made up my own too:
Goblet Squat 3 sets X 15 reps
Chest Press 3X10
Bentover Row 3X12 on each arm
Shoulder Press 3X10
Single-leg Deadlift 3X12 on each leg
Lateral Raise 3X12
Side Plank with knee tuck (no weights) 15 on each side
Corkscrew (lay on your back and with legs together, slowly draw a huge circle..almost touching the floor at the bottom and perpendicular to hips at the top...no weights) 5 circles in each direction
Weighted superman/banana 10 sets
If you don't know what any of these are, youtube them for a demonstration.0 -
DONT KNOW WAAT MY GOAL IS MAYBE tHIS
Dumbbells generally are reserved for strengthening the muscles of your arms, legs and back. However, you also can use them to work your abdominal muscles by making traditional exercises more challenging. Dumbbell abdominal exercises will improve your core strength and help develop those hard-to-see ab muscles. Perform intense ab exercises on three nonconsecutive days each week.0 -

What's your goal? Weight loss, gaining strength, fat loss, muscle maintenance, just being able to do a lot of sit-ups?0 -

Checkout FitnessBlender.com, it is also on Youtube, they have lots of workouts, and you can filter to what you're looking for. You can start with body weight exercises and work your way to using the dumbbells. They have a couple full body workouts that I really like.0
