MFP consistently says I am over on fat, protein and sugar but am below on calories, carbs and sodium. Is MFP accurate enough to stress about it? Any snack ideas?

Don't worry about being over on protein, anything up to 1g of protein per pound of body weight is fine, you won't gain weight from eating more protein than MFP tells you, being over on sugar is probably from eating fruit? Without knowing your diet its hard to say what you can change, 'Fage Total 0%' yoghurt is a great snack, low in fat/sugar, I also have oatmeal as a second breakfast which is mainly carbs so will increase your calories without adding much fat/sugar.0

Yes most of the sugar I consume is from 2 fruit servings, most of the fat and protein is from nuts0

Unsweetened regular oatmeal!0

Yeah that will be why, well I see you've lost 18lbs so it must be working for you, if you stop losing weight try halfing your fruit & nut intake.0

I LOVE oatmeal Wonder why I never thought of that lol Thanks!0

It sounds like your'e already doing everything right.
Treat your protein and fat as goals to reach or pass, not limits to stay under. And unless you're diabetic, there's no need to track your sugar.0
