So, I joined girls gym with my mom recently. I really like the feel of it, and all the equipment available. I noticed though, there aren't a lot of different way to exercise your belly. My problem is I can't lay on my back to work out because my of my chest. It makes it hard to breath. Any ideas?

Obligatory warning that you can't spot reduce fat from your tummy by working out your abs.
Now there are lots ways to workout abs without being on your back. A simple bodyweight one are Planks.
If they have free weights, you can do dumbbell side bends for your obliques. There's also something I really like called Front Squat Holds. Load up a barbell, and unrack it in a front squat form. Either clean style grip (harder) or cross your arms and place it in the crease of your elbow. Hold yourself erect with the weight there for about 30-60 seconds. You'll definitely feel it. There are others that use resistance bands like standing ab crunches where the resistance band is put at the top of a power rack or pull up bar, around your forehead or you hold it and squeeze your abs.
EDIT: Also a great tool called the Ab Wheel. Some gyms have them, but you can get your own for like $10.0 -
