    The photo on the left was roughly a year ago. I didn't really get serious until this past April, but so far it's been about 2 months since I started working hard. I'm down 17 lbs :)

    Y'all look so good! I'm going to have to get some face pics on here soon. I'm impressed with how much younger everyone looks after their weight loss. I'm becoming convinced that maintaining muscle tone is important to looking young.
