Here I am down 95 pds from my highest known weight. Started at 330pds and currently at 235pds. I wanna get down to 163pds. Ate right threw in some exercise thats about it! Good luck to everyone who is on this journey!

    That is so inspiring. I started my journey in late January at 336 and am down 45 pounds so far. Thanks for showing us that it can be done. Great job.

    Its a long story. I was down 138pds and kept it off for 5 years. I got pregnant and gained alot back. I started back on this in Feb and have lost 35 pds since then. It took me 1 year to loss 100 pds the first time around. I am 5'8
