Fitbit Sync - am i doing it wrong?

So I have been monitoring my TDEE from my Fitbit One and i'm right around 2400-2500 on most days. Originally i was set as sedentary with 1 lb to lose a week, but i adjusted it to "active" to get it close to the TDEE number i've come up with. So today, I rode my bike to work. I wear my One on my shoe laces because it doesn't get a decent estimation from wearing it on my hip. A few co-workers and i also go for a 15 minute walk at 10 and 2 every day.

When i got home, it synced with my computer and it has given me a 1100 calorie adjustment. It's estimating that with the calories that i have burned so far, i'm projected to have a 3500 TDEE today. Does that seem wrong?

I can't help but would love see the reply. I started with a Fitbit this week and am curious how accurate the calorie count is. I can know it work for riding a bike. I thought I read that ANY "activity" had to be logged separately to be most accurate including the time of day it began. I know that since it doesn't measure heart rate (exertion) it won't be accurate for any caloric adjustments based on heart rate. Least I think I read that. ????
